I love to do "something" most of the time. As my sewing skills seriously leave alot to be desired, I made these simple little decorations for our Christmas tree which will go up on the weekend!
I've just hand stitched them on calico. Two triangles and Bob's your Uncle. Easy peasy.
Hmmmm....what will I make today?

One of my favourite places in the world is Mount Tamborine in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland.
I was fortunate enough to be asked to teach at a Retreat there on Saturday for the gorgeous Ke-Ane at Direct Scrapbooking Warehouse to a class full of ladies who made me feel so welcome. They made some incredible projects and I'm so proud of them all!
My DH and I took the opportunity to stay at Mt Tamborine on the Saturday night - for a bit of a sanity break from the kids! Glorious!!!

I've made a mini book!!!!
I love mini books, but I ALWAYS have a problem filling them - I always struggle telling a "story" so I've found a solution - empty mini books! Woo Hoo!!!!
Here's a fabric one a made using the gorgeous Darkroom Door products! Ugh!!! They are just sooooo beautiful and once you start playing with them you just can't stop!
