Back home after a brilliant trip to SENZ in Auckland!
Met some brilliant people.
Saw some wonderful things.
Took a heap of photos.
Had a little break from my usual reality.
Loved every second of it!

Here's a little something I finished yesterday for Scraptivate where I got to play with some gorgeous fabrics, fibres and a Scrapware chipboard frame.
Indulging myself in my love of vintage sewing "stuff".
Look at this for divine ribbon!! (makes me salivate!)
I've added some beadage
trimmed it with even more ribbon (can you see the vintage bobbin? Glorious huh?)
and here it is with my carefully manicured nails....NOT!!
OK...best get packing....if I can work out how to blog from my iPhone I will. If not...back next week!!!

I haven't done anything for the longest time.
Particularly painting.
Its been weeks.
Today I wanted to do something so I did a little canvas (10" x 12" x 1.5")
A different colour palette for me but I wanted to try
Playing with techniques just for the heck of it.
Felt good to create I must say!
My elves were, alas, less than helpful so I've drawn out the prize using the Random Number Generator (and can't work out how to put the thingy on my blog!
